Tetra Photography Contest Rules

Contests
To be held on a quarterly basis starting April 1, 2001 As contest grows development of catagories will be considered. Quarterly winners are eligible for annual best photo prize.The contest will be open for entries on the first day of each quarter. All entries must be received by the last day of each quarter. Each entrant may submit no more than five photos. Entries will be no smaller that 1600x1200-pixels. All entries must include photographer's name, location of shot, strobes used, lens used, which Olympus camera use, aperature, shutter speed, title, and contact information.

Application format
All entries will be sent via e-mail.

Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Light & Motion its respective affiliated or subsidiary companies, or members of an employee's immediate family and/or those individuals living in the same household of each are NOT eligible.

Each photo submitted must have been

(i) taken by the entrant and

(ii) taken with a Tetra housing.

Photos taken with any other kind of housing will not be eligible. If it is determined after the winners are announced that any winning photo was taken with another kind of housing, the prize will be revoked and entrant will be banned from all future contests. Another winner will be announced.

Judging
The photographs will be judged based on originality, photographic quality, composition. A panel selected by Light & Motion will judge all photos. All judging decisions are final. Announcement of winners Winners will be announced on at the beginning of the next quarter.

Prizes
Quarterly winners will be eligible for annual "Best Photo" award.

General Regulations
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on his or her prize(s).
