During the first week of November, San Francisco Bay was polluted by 58,000 gallons of oil that was dumped after a 900-foot container ship rammed into a tower of the Bay Bridge killing hundreds of shorebirds and contaminating miles of coastline.

The Waste Reduction Award Program named Light & Motion a winner of its WRAP award for the third consecutive year!
By utilizing buy back programs for aluminum, recycling paper, plastics and glass as well as
purchasing green conscious office supplies, Light & Motion has proven once again that its efforts have made a significant impact on waste reduction. The California Integrated Waste Management Board awards applicants annually based on an extensive survey of the businesses conservation efforts in all areas of waste management.

Shark Fin Frontier
There are still places in the world where one can go to dive locations that are still unspoiled by human impact. My most recent assignment took me to the region of Raja Ampat where I was to documented the marine life and reefs of a newly formed marine sanctuary. Located off the western tip of Papua New Guinea, Raja Ampat is perhaps the most remote and pristine area in the Indonesian archipelago.
