ROC is a revolutionary new strobe control device that is built into the Tetra 5050 housing. The ROC system for the Tetra 5050 housing utilizes a double-flash TTL like exposure control. In addition, ROC also features 12 manual power settings.

The Tetra 5050 ROC double-flash system monitors and duplicates the cameras pre-flash and actual flash sequence with compatible strobes. Your underwater strobe will actually DOUBLE-FLASH. A preflash from the underwater strobe is more accurate and intuitive for the camera to judge exposure. The camera will evaluate the strobe preflash and adjust the actual flash accordingly. Just like the camera's built-in flash system!

If you want to shoot in full Manual, ROC will allow you to manually adjust most TTL compatible strobes up or down in 12 half stop increments. The LED panel provides constant feedback as to what level the strobes are set.
