Service Instructions
Help us to process your service quickly. As fellow underwater shooters, we understand the importance of functional equipment when you're on the other side of the world. We also know about
tight schedules. The following information is required to process and return your equipment; payment information of MasterCard, Visa or Amex, return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes)
and a contact phone number. Missing information will cause a delay in processing and returning your equipment. To expedite your service please follow these instructions.
Shipping your equipment for service:
- Fill out the Service Request Form and include a copy of it in your shipment. Retail a copy of the form for your records.
- Call or E-mail to receive your RMA number. This number must be on the outside of your package to insure your items will be serviced in a timely manner. There is a spot on the Service Request Form for the RMA number, please write it on the form.
- Include proof of purchase if your service is within the warranty period.Carefully pack your equipment with extra padding. Send only items that need to be serviced and are noted on the Service Request Form.
- Fill out and tape the address label from the Service Request Form to the box. Insure your shipment for the replacement value of the equipment and use a tracking number to insure safe arrival.

Warranty Repair Request
If you believe that your repair should be performed under warranty, please include a copy of your original proof of purchase and detail your problems on the Service Request Form.
Standard Warranty
Light & Motion provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser against all defects in original workmanship and material, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of
purchase, with the following exceptions: Batteries are warranted for 90 days, and battery chargers are warranted for use only in the US and Canada. Using a battery charger in conjunction
with a outlet converter is NOT considered normal use and chargers are not warranted under such conditions. Light & Motion will not be liable for any further loss, damages, or expenses,
including incidental or consequential damages directly or indirectly arising from the sale or use of this product.
